An in-app purchase is available that provides guidelines based on the authors decades of personal research, some of which was presented in the "Power nap" section of the authors 1998 book, "Brain Dancing". Includes high quality recording of ocean sounds from a remote Pacific beach for drowning out unwanted ambient noise. If you choose not to use the ocean sound for napping, it can also be used as background noise while working, or to help get to sleep using the "Silent shutoff" and "Continuous Play" options.
